Dear Loyalty Memebers

We have recently upgraded our Loyalty Program in all four of our Good Stuff locations. The new program has some added perks, such as receiving $10 for every 125 points earned (still 1 point per dollar spent)! You will also have the ability to connect your Credit Card to your account so every time you use your card at Good Stuff it will automatically give you points! We have changed our birthday rewards so that you receive a $15 credit to use when you come in on the day of your birthday. In addition to this, it will now be WAY easier for you to access your account to check your rewards/points balance as well as update your personal information such as name and email and view your transaction history.

The first time you dine with us on this new system our servers will ask you for your email address to make sure we are accessing the correct account. Once that is done you will receive a welcome email from “Toast” thanking you for transitioning over to the new program. At that point, it will allow you to click some links depending on what you would like to do. Verify your Credit Card, Add your name or birthday, etc…

As with any change we have run into a couple snags that we are working on with Toast to resolve. The main issue we are experiencing is the inability at this time to redeem any dollar value that was imported over from our old system. This does not affect gift cards, only our loyalty accounts. We are eagerly working to resolve this issue and will let you know when things are up and running. We are working hard on this and we will find a solution.

We have over 16,000 registered loyalty members and we cannot thank you enough for helping us be who we are today as a company. We would not be here if it weren’t for you. We look forward to what the rest of 2018 has in store.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You can sign up for an account by dining at any Good Stuff Restaurant and telling your server you would like to start a loyalty account.
No, there is no charge for becoming a member of the Good Stuff Loyalty Program.
You will be sent a welcome email immediately that allows you to do three things:

  • Add your first and last name (so we can look you up by name)
  • Add your birthday (so you get $15 off your check on your birthday)
  • View your points balance and transaction history
Just for signing up you will receive 75 bonus points. Every time you make a purchase the dollar amount is tracked. When you reach 125 points you will receive $10 reward that will be available for redemption on your next visit. Your server will let you know you have redeemable points available at time of payment. You may choose to redeem them or save them for a later date.
Your points will never expire
If you have added your birthday to your account, you will automatically receive $15 off your bill when you come in on your birthday. Simply tell the server your name and when they look you up in the system your $15 reward will be applied.

From time to time, we may provide special rewards to program members. These special rewards will have an expiration date and limitations that will be communicated to you when the offer is made.

Dollars spent on purchases of gift cards, catering orders, merchandise, private parties, taxes and/or gratuity do not accumulate points for Good Stuff Dollars.

Every time you visit our store and use your account you will get an email from us giving you the opportunity to view your points balance.

We use this information to send exclusive offers and promotions that we think will be of interest to you. We also use it to send updates on changes to the Loyalty Program and to keep you apprised of your account activity. Your email address or Name is necessary to look up your account.

Yes! This Loyalty Program is shared between our four locations; El Segundo, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and Palos Verdes.

Loyalty accounts cannot be combined.

Unfortunately, loyalty points can only be accrued in store on the day of your purchase.
