$10 for every 150 points earned

We have recently upgraded our Loyalty Program in all four of our Good Stuff locations. The new program has some added perks, such as receiving $10 for every 150 points earned (still 1 point per dollar spent)! You will also have the ability to connect your Credit Card to your account so every time you use your card at Good Stuff it will automatically give you points!

We have changed our birthday rewards so that you receive a $15 credit that can be used 7 days before or 7 days after your birthday. In addition to this, it will now be WAY easier for you to access your account to check your rewards/points balance as well as update your personal information such as name and email and view your transaction history.

Yes! This Loyalty Program is shared between our four locations; El Segundo, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and Palos Verdes.

Loyalty accounts cannot be combined.

Unfortunately, loyalty points can only be accrued in-store or online on the day of purchase.

This must be done by the main office and requires the following information: Loyalty account# and email address. The guest can email bennett@eatgoodstuff.com

If the email on an account needs to be updated, please email bennett@eatgoodstuff.com with the “old” and new information as well as the name on the account and card number, if possible.

Credit cards link upon use with a purchase.

Credit cards cannot be linked to multiple accounts. The link is with the last attached rewards purchase, so do NOT use your credit card to pay for a friend’s meal, if that friend has a rewards account that is getting credit for the purchase. If you do, future purchases with your card will go to your friend’s account instead of yours.

To relink your card to your account, you must let the server know that you have a rewards account, and have them make sure the awards are assigned to your check with your card. You can verify this be looking at the bottom of your receipt to see that your rewards account received the new points.

The guest can go to their account on the loyalty website to unlink any cards they do not want attached to their account. (The url for ALL accounts is below)

Only one rewards account is permitted per check.

Do not “split” checks for rewards points. Especially if both guests have rewards accounts. If both guests have rewards accounts, they need completely separate checks to ensure the rewards are applied properly.

If a table has multiple guests, they cannot pay separately and give all of the points to one person. Only one payment is allowed for rewards points. They can zelle or venmo their friend, if they want, and that person can pay the ENTIRE check with one card to receive points.

Sharing accounts is NOT permitted between friends. That is, you cannot share one account between friends (purchasing at different times) to gain larger amounts of points for redemption. One account per household is permitted.

Have the guest email bennett@eatgoodstuff.com with specific dates, location and check number information as well as rewards account information (email, acct#)

Always check the bottom of your receipt. If your rewards are not there, ask your server to apply points for your visit and reprint the receipt. You can also check your balance online at:
